Large electric fans cold-inflate the envelope silently, so you can hear the animals, and the pilot then heats the balloon with the gas burners before you step into the basket. Guests cannot fly if they are under 4 or over 75, in the third trimester of pregnancy (26 weeks or more), or have diagnosed osteoporosis or known heart disease. Please also tell the pilot if you have had any injury or operation in the last 6 months, or have any other condition that could risk injury. A guest who is taken off the flight for these reasons is fully refunded.
